All disputes must be submitted through the original purchasing platform. Failure to follow platform dispute procedures may result in permanent account suspension.

  • Tracking information is unavailable, or

  • The order has not arrived within the allowed timeframe after departure

Delivery timelines by region:

  • US shipping method: 3-8 days
  • ๐ŸŒ shipping methods: 6-12 days

๐Ÿ“Œ Orders delayed due to local post office pickup issues or incorrect addresses are not considered lost. Please contact your local post office first.


๐Ÿ“ญ Orders Not Received

  • If tracking shows Delivered, no refund or resend will be issued.

  • If the order was not received, a non-delivery certificate from the local post office is required.

๐Ÿšจ Tracking issues such as incorrect address, customs problems, or unclaimed delivery must be resolved directly with the local post office.

  • Full refund or replacement for severely damaged items

  • Partial refund or replacement for minor cosmetic damage

๐Ÿ“Œ Packaging damage alone is not refundable.
๐Ÿ“Œ Claims for electronics must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


โŒ Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Full refund or replacement for incorrect items

  • Refund or resend for wrong size or color (if functionality is unaffected)

  • Partial refund or resend for missing parts that do not affect functionality

  • Full replacement if missing parts affect product usage

  • Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment for a full refund

  • Customized or pre-order items cannot be canceled after payment is processed

Please provide the following to help us resolve your issue quickly:

  • Photos or videos of damaged or incorrect items

  • Screenshots of complaints (name, date, and content)

  • Returned products if requested

ELOTAK is not responsible for delays or damage caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Epidemics

  • War, strikes, or political unrest

  • Customs inspections or delays


๐Ÿšš Shipping & Tracking Limitations

Some shipping methods do not provide full tracking in certain regions. Disputes are not accepted for the following methods in restricted destinations:

  • GOFO+

  • DHL Official

  • CJPacket Sensitive

๐Ÿ“Œ Remote areas may incur additional shipping fees.


๐ŸŒ Destination Restrictions

Due to logistics limitations, disputes may not be accepted for deliveries to certain countries or regions.


๐Ÿ” Returns Policy

  • Returns require prior authorization

  • Unauthorized returns will not be refunded

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt

  • International return shipping costs and risks are the buyerโ€™s responsibility

  • Service-based products (digital services, packaging, photography, etc.) are non-refundable once completed

  • Quality disputes for third-party services are not accepted

ELOTAK does not accept disputes based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Item appearance expectations without quality issues

  • Force majeure delays

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Buyer-selected wrong item or SKU

  • Previously agreed product differences

  • Customs clearance failure or consignee non-compliance
